الحقنة (بالإنجليزية: injection) أو الحقنة الطبية (بالإنجليزية: medical injections)، هيَ وسيلة لإدخال السوائل إلى الجسم عن طريق استخدام إبرة مجوفة وسرنجة لاختراق الجلد بطول مناسب لكى تصل المادة إلى الجسم. يوجد ثلاثة أنواع للحقن وهي: تحت الجلد (بالإنجليزية: subcutaneous injections) وفي العضل (بالإنجليزية: intramuscular injections) وفي الوريد (بالإنجليزية: intravenous infusions). يتم الحقن هو حقن حقنة من مادة مباشرة في العضلات أو في الأوردة في جسم الإنسان وفي الطب تعدّ طريقة اساسية لتوصيل الادوية .
