国際天文基準座標系（こくさいてんもんきじゅんざひょうけい、英語: International Celestial Reference SystemまたはInternational Celestial Reference Frame）は、国際天文学連合（IAU）により採用された現行の標準天球座標系である。 日本語においては座標系とだけ呼ばれることが多いが、英語においては、座標系を規定する概念や考え方を"Reference System"、それを実現した座標系の実体を"Reference Frame"と呼び、概念と実体を区別している。天球座標系についても、概念を"International Celestial Reference System"（ICRS）、実体を"International Celestial Reference Frame"（ICRF）と区別しているが、日本語ではどちらも「国際天文基準座標系」と呼ぶ。
