280號州際公路（英語：Interstate 280，簡稱I-280），是美國州際公路系統中80号州际公路在加利福尼亞州的輔助線。全線位於舊金山灣區，南起聖荷西地區與680號州際公路／101号美国国道交會處，往西北行至舊金山市區AT&T球場附近，全長57哩（97公里）。280號州際公路屬於加州高速及快速公路系統的一部份，是舊金山半島上的最重要州際公路。自達利市以南至庫比蒂諾路段取名為朱尼佩洛·席拉高速公路（Junipero Serra Freeway），以紀念十八世紀朱尼佩洛·席拉神父對加州開發的貢獻。在聖荷西地區101號美國國道與880號州際公路間的280號州際公路則被命名為辛克拉高速公路（Sinclair Freeway）。
