第四代iPad（正式名称为配備Retina显示屏的iPad，英語：iPad with Retina display，而iPad 4为俗称）是蘋果公司在2012年10月23日於美國加州聖荷西發布的9.7吋顯示器平板電腦，取代同年3月7日所發布、同樣配備Retina显示屏的第三代iPad。 2013年10月22日，蘋果公司發布配備Retina显示屏的iPad mini與iPad Air，原先配備Retina显示屏的第四代iPad因而調整售價，不再提供32GB、64GB或128GB規格。 2014年3月，另在若干地區持續提供16GB機型作為“入門機”。直到2014年10月16日確定停售。 由於本機是32位元，蘋果公司在iOS 10.3.4版本不再支援第四代ipad。 2022年2月15日，蘋果正式宣布將iPad 4加入停產名單。
