Jean-Baptiste "Jack" Laviolette, född 27 augusti 1879 i Belleville, Ontario, död 9 januari 1960, var en kanadensisk professionell ishockeyspelare och ishockeytränare som även var aktiv inom lacrosse. Som ishockeyspelare representerade Laviolette Montreal Le National, Michigan Soo Indians, Montreal Shamrocks och Montreal Canadiens åren 1903–1918.
