Jason Paul McCaslin, better known as "Cone," is the bass guitarist and backup vocalist of Canadian punk rock band Sum 41 Born in Toronto, Ontario, on September 3, 1980, and he joined the band as the last member of its current lineup in February 1999, replacing Mark Spicoluk. Sum 41 was signed by Island Records only months after he joined.
