Jay Chang (제이창) is an American singer and lyricist under FM Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group ONE PACT and a former member of the project group B.D.U. He was also introduced pre-debut as part of M.O.N.T Arena, a trainee platform for future debuts that is presumed to have disbanded in 2023.
