Jorge Pardo is a saxophonist and flautist from Madrid, Spain. He was introduced to flamenco by joining Paco de Lucía's band to form the first jazz-flamenco combination with Rubem Dantas, Carles Benavent, among others. Prior to that, he was member of a band called Dolores. He has collaborated in an endless list of jazz and flamenco records, and performed along with artists like Michael Brecker.
