Joseph Joseph was born in Mombassa, Kenya. Joseph’s father being an accomplished musician, ensured Joseph was surrounded by music throughout the initial stages of his life. The sounds of the great singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and Indian singing legends Mohamed Rafi and Lata Mangesh Kar provided early influences on Joseph’s musical style.
