==Geography== Journet is located within the Montmorillon living area and economic zone. The Salleron flows north-northwestward through the eastern part of the commune. Journet is situated on a landscape characterized by mixed farmland and woodland, gently rolling terrain and a temprate oceanic climate, typical of western France.
