Lo-Fipunk
Julio Rey is both a veteran and a pioneer of the alternative Christian rock arena. His quest for self-expression has taken him from his 1982 lo-fi garage Unrehearsed Walk EP, to pop punk with the Visitors in 1983, to the barrier-crashing hardcore and thrash of the Lead in the mid-to-late 1980s, to the no-holds-barred grindcore and hardcore experimentations of Frank's Enemy in the 1990s. Julio Rey cites watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show as the moment he got hooked on rock and roll. <a
