Kankan Region (N'Ko: ߞߊ߲ߞߊ߲߫ ߕߌ߲߬ߞߎߘߎ߲) is a region of Guinea located in the east of the country. It is the largest region of Guinea by area. The region has five prefectures (Kankan, Kérouané, Kouroussa, Mandiana and Siguiri).
