Кари́н Рюби́ (фр. Karine Ruby, 4 января 1978 года, Боннвиль, Верхняя Савойя, Франция — 29 мая 2009 года, массив Монблана) — французская сноубордистка. Первая в истории женщина, выигравшая олимпийское золото в сноуборде. Шестикратная чемпионка мира и шестикратная обладательница Кубка мира в общем зачёте. Выступала в слаломных дисциплинах и бордеркроссе. Спортивное прозвище — «Мумун» (фр. Moumoune).
