Karlsborg Municipality (Swedish: Karlsborgs kommun) is a municipality in Västra Götaland County in western Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Karlsborg.
The present municipality was formed in 1971 when "old" Karlsborg was amalgamated with Mölltorp and Undenäs.
