Klentnice () is a municipality and village in Břeclav District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants.

==Geography== Klentnice is located about northwest of Břeclav and south of Brno. It lies in the Mikulov Highlands. The village is situated on the eastern slope of the hill Stolová hora, which has an elevation of . The highest point of the municipality is the slope of the hill Obora at above sea level. Klentnice is located within the Pálava Protected Landscape Area.
