Your knee is the large joint that connects your thigh to your lower leg, made up of connections between three bones that allow you to bend, straighten, and slightly rotate your leg. It's important because it's essential for movement and bearing your body weight, but it's also prone to injury and wear-related problems like osteoarthritis.
