Une imprimante laser est un type d’imprimante permettant la reproduction haute qualité de textes et de graphiques sur support papier ou optique. Les imprimantes laser utilisent un procédé d’impression xérographique (ou électrophotographique), mais se distinguent des photocopieurs par le fait que l’image est produite par le balayage direct d’un faisceau laser à travers le tambour interne (drum) de l’imprimante.
