臘戍，亦作腊戌（緬甸語: လားရှိုးမြို့；撣語:လႃႈသဵဝ်ႈ），緬甸掸邦北部重要城市、撣邦第二大城市，人口约30萬人（2013年普查）海拔870米。 臘戍市是緬甸北部重要公路匯集及貨物集散地，為滇緬公路起點，是緬甸曼德勒往木姐、中國雲南省的必經之處。腊戍的最主要的边境贸易伙伴是中国。由臘戍市可前往仰光、泰國及新加坡等中南半島國家，是中國、印度跟東南亞的交流大城。交通方面，除水路外，公路、鐵路、航空都有。臘戍市以北低南高、東低西高的地形呈現。臘戍市分為12個區，還有1990年代開發了幾個新區。百分之五十左右的人口為華人，並且有20多所左右的華文學校。最高學府至高中（有四所高中）。缅文政府所辦的學校，除有小學、中學、高中就约有20幾所外，還有三所學院及一所大學。 臘戍市是很典型的緬甸多民族文化代表之一，有傣族（當地華人稱為擺夷人）、華人、印度人、緬族人、苗族人、以及十幾種當地民族及少數民族。華人就有雲南人、果敢人、福建、廣東、客家人、山東人等等。宗教以佛教居多，亦有回教、基督教、天主教、印度教還有當地一些信仰的一些神教等等。因此，臘戍市可說是多民族多信仰多文化的城市。
