Leslie Harry „Les“ Compton (* 12. September 1912 in ; † 27. Dezember 1984 in Hendon) war ein englischer Fußball- und Cricketspieler. Er gewann als Mittelläufer gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder Denis als Spieler des FC Arsenal 1948 die englische Meisterschaft sowie den FA Cup. Er bestritt dazu im November 1950 zwei A-Länderspiele für England und ist bis heute der älteste Debütant als Feldspieler für die „Three Lions“.
