==History and description== The original village, Hen Llandegfan or Hen Landegfan, was on the ancient way from the crossing of the Menai Strait at Menai Bridge via Pentraeth to Beaumaris. St Tegfan's Church, the mother church of Beaumaris, has been greatly restored.
