Loleatta Holloway (Chicago, 5 november 1946 - aldaar, 21 maart 2011) was een Amerikaans zangeres die vooral bekend werd van de disconummers Hit and Run en Love Sensation. Dat laatste nummer is bekend door talloze samples die eruit werden gehaald door producers van house (muziekstijl). Ook was ze te horen in de discoklassieker Relight My Fire van Dan Hartman.

Loleatta Holloway (November 5, 1946 – March 21, 2011) was an American singer, mainly known for disco songs such as "Hit and Run" and "Love Sensation", both of which have been sampled extensively. She began gospel singing with her mother in the Holloway Community Singers and she has also recorded with Albertina Walker in The Caravans gospel group.
