Vicco von Bülow (12 de noviembre de 1923 – 22 de agosto de 2011), conocido por el nombre artístico de Loriot, fue un humorista gráfico, comediante, director, actor y escritor de nacionalidad alemana. Es sobre todo conocido como humorista gráfico, por sus sketches en la serie televisiva de 1976 Loriot, en la que trabajaba con Evelyn Hamann, y por dos películas, (1988) y (1991). En la serie televisiva , Loriot fue nombrado como el 54 entre los alemanes más importantes de todos los tiempos.
