Recent discoveries allow people to travel back in time with the use of a simple instrument worn on the wrist that generates an intense magnetic field. Time travel is a privilege and is limited to a few trusted people. The inevitable consequences od such an extraordinary discovery lead to the creation of the Committee for Temporal Ethics.
