Louis Germain is a classical composer and conductor born in Paris, France. He works for concert halls, films, video games and animation media. He was attracted by romantic music and started to self-taught composition in high school. He studied composition with the scores of Mahler, Debussy, Ravel, Scriabin and Shostakovich, and subsequently, with a passion for the study of timbre and sonority, became interested in contemporary music with Tôru Takemitsu, Yoshihisa Hirano, Joseph Schwantner and Jo
