Low è l'undicesimo album discografico dell'artista inglese David Bowie pubblicato nel 1977 dalla RCA. Low è considerato anche il primo album della cosiddetta "trilogia berlinese" composta da, per l'appunto, Low, "Heroes" e Lodger. Dei tre album, però, solo "Heroes" venne registrato interamente a Berlino. La definizione data a questa trilogia non è infatti di natura geografica, ma più probabilmente la città europea è il luogo dove Bowie, lasciatosi alle spalle le trasgressioni del glam rock, ritrovò nell'arte lo sfogo che i suoi tormenti gli rendevano necessario, e si reinventa dando vita (insieme a Brian Eno) a tre album seminali per la musica degli anni ottanta. Low fonde le fredde e sofisticate atmosfere europee ai ritmi caldi e febbrili del rhythm and blues e del funk che risuonano da molto più a Sud, creando così un lavoro altamente ispirato.
