Lozen: two-girl sludge rock from Tacoma, Washington. Juice and Hoz have been tight bro's since 1996. They began writing music together in the spring of 2004 and quickly jumped into live performance and regular touring. Lozen self-released one full length album (Eye to Eye) and one EP (Daddy Didn't Teach US No Shame) in 2006. They released their first "official" album Enemies Against Power in Spring of 2007 with the help of Austin, TX based label Australian Cattle God Records and Bremerton, WA b

Lozen (1840 circa – 17 giugno 1889) è stata una guerriera nativa americana della tribù Chihenne degli Apache Chiricahua. Nata nella tribù Chihenne durante gli anni '40 del diciannovesimo secolo, Lozen era, secondo la leggenda, in grado di usare i suoi poteri in battaglia per imparare i movimenti del nemico. Suo fratello Victorio, uno dei capi della tribù Tchihende, la presentò al capo Apache Nana con queste parole "Lozen è la mia mano destra... forte come un uomo, più coraggiosa della maggior parte, ed è astuta nella strategia. Lozen è uno scudo per il suo popolo".
