Lukov (1927 bis 1946 slowakisch Lukov nad Topľou, deutsch Dornau, ungarisch Lukó) ist eine Gemeinde im Osten der Slowakei mit 652 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2020), die zum Okres Bardejov, einem Teil des ostslowakischen Verwaltungsgebiets Prešovský kraj, gehört. Lukov ist vor allem durch die im Ortsteil Lukov-Venécia gelegene griechisch-katholische Holzkirche von 1708 bekannt.
