==Early life== Cedeño was born in the East Harlem neighborhood of Upper Manhattan, New York City, of Puerto Rican descent. After her father died in 1995, she and her four siblings were raised by their grandparents. She began singing and rapping at the age of 12. She was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 14, after she was misdiagnosed with lupus.
