Lunaprogrammet var ett sovjetiskt rymdprogram med syfte att på olika sätt utforska månen. Programmet pågick mellan 1959 och 1976, Samtliga rymdfärder var obemannade. Många av uppdragen misslyckades, men man gjorde också många framsteg, som att ta de första fotografierna av månens baksida och första lyckade landningen på månen.
