Luthern ist eine politische Gemeinde im Wahlkreis Willisau des Kantons Luzern in der Schweiz. Sie besteht aus den Dörfern Hofstatt, Flühlen, Luthern (auch Luthern Dorf, alemannisch Luthere) und Luthern Bad sowie Einzelhöfen. In Luthern Bad befindet sich der gleichnamige Wallfahrtsort mit der Wallfahrtskirche Maria-Heilbronn.
