Lysovice () is a municipality and village in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
==Geography== Lysovice is located about south of Vyškov and east of Brno. It lies on the border between the Vyškov Gate and Litenčice Hills. The highest point is the hill Lysovický kopec at above sea level. The stream Rostěnický potok flows through the municipality. The brook Lysovický potok flows through the village before it joins the Rostěnický potok.
