==Description== It is one of the largest tehsil of Vehari District; the cities of Lodhran and Vehari were created from Mailsi in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Vehari, now a district, was sub-tehsil of Mailsi. Mailsi is well known because of its cotton crops. Mailsi is known for the Jhandhir Library and Siphon at the Sutlej river.
