Mandy Miller (born Carmen Isabella Miller, 23 July 1944) is an English child actress who made a number of films in the 1950s and is probably best remembered for her recording of the song "Nellie the Elephant". She retired in 1962 at the age of 18 and currently lives in England.

She retired from films at the age of eighteen and moved to New York to work as an au pair, eventually marrying an architect and settling down in the States. Her first film was The Man In the White Suit with Sir Alec Guinness. Her first starring role was as a deaf child in the film Mandy.
