Marfa ist eine Stadt im Süden des US-Bundesstaates Texas und Sitz der Countyverwaltung (County Seat) des Presidio Countys. Benannt wurde die Stadt nach , einer Frauenfigur aus Dostojewskis Roman Schuld und Sühne. Weltweit bekannt wurde Marfa durch den bildenden Künstler Donald Judd, der hier in den 1970er-Jahren das Kunstzentrum Chinati Foundation begründete.
