María López (born in Madrid, Spain) is a Spanish singer who rose to fame after joining second season of "Factor X", the Spanish version of the British X Factor, in 2008 where she finished sixth. She competed under the category "25 and Over's", mentored by Miqui Puig. Since her early childhood, María’s special talent for music became evident.
