Mark Howe Murphy (* 14. März 1932 in Syracuse, New York; † 22. Oktober 2015 in Englewood, New Jersey) war ein amerikanischer Jazzsänger. Nach Reclams Jazzlexikon war er einer der beliebtesten Jazzsänger überhaupt.
