Marshall Brain is best known as the founder of HowStuff Works. He started HowStuffWorks as a hobby in 1998 and it has grown to be one of the top Web sites in the country. He has a podcast called "BrainStuff" which explains the science of everyday mysteries like why paper money doesn't disintegrate in the wash or why peroxide bubbles when you put it on a wound.
