ماستر شيف أو رئيس الطهاة (بالإنجليزية: MasterChef، ماسترشيف) برنامج تلفزيون الواقع يختص بالطبخ صنعه ، وأطلق بنسخة بريطانية في يوليو من العام 1990. أعيد إحياء البرنامج وتحديث شكله لبي بي سي في فبراير 2005. وفي سنة 2009 أعيد تطوير شكل البرنامج في أستراليا، حيث تم تحويله إلى النمط الحالي من البرنامج. نجاح التطوير الأسترالي قاد إلى نجاح دولي للبرنامج.
