Merefnebef, also called Unisankh and Fefi (), was a vizier from the Sixth Dynasty of Egypt. He first served at the court of Teti, possibly became vizier during the reign of Userkare, and was dismissed during the reign of Pepi I.
Merefnebef, également appelé Ounisânkh et Fefi, est un vizir de la VIe dynastie d'Égypte antique. Il a d'abord servi à la cour de Téti, peut-être devenu vizir sous le règne d'Ouserkarê, et a été licencié sous le règne de Pépi Ier.
