Mezcala may refer to: Mezcala culture, also referred to as the Balsas culture Mezcala de la Asuncion, a Coca people village in the municipality of Poncitlán, Jalisco () Isla Mezcala, in Lake Chapala, in Jalisco, and Michoacán.
