== Geography == thumb|right|250px|Sign at the entrance to the town of Mezhova. The village of Mezhova is located in the east of the region, 160 km from the regional center, 120 km from the district center and 80 km from Donetsk, in the steppe zone near the sources of the Kamyanka river. The nearest settlements are the villages of Zaporizhzke (0.5 km) and Novolozuvativka (1 km). The territorial highways Autoroute T0406, Autoroute T0428 and the railway line Chaplyne—Pokrovsk, on which the station of the same name is located, run through the village.
