Michał Spisak (* 14 September 1914 in Dąbrowa Górnicza; † 29 January 1965 in Paris) was a Polish composer. Spisak studied at the Katowice Conservatory and from 1935 in Warsaw with Kazimierz Sikorski. In 1937 he went to Paris, where he was a pupil of Nadia Boulanger and lived as a freelance composer until his death.
