Born in Detroit, Michael Bradford started out playing in the Detroit Jazz and R&B scene with artists like Grant Green, Anita Baker and Earl Klugh. A side gig at a local Reggae club led to a relationship with Leroy Sibbles of The Heptones, and Michael's first taste of the touring life. Studio work followed, with an eventual move to Los Angeles, where his career became even more eclectic. Michael has worked with Kid Rock, Butthole Surfers, Jem, Deep Purple, Ringo Starr, Dave Stewart, Eurythmics
