Mikrolit
Sign in to saveA microlith is a small stone tool usually made of flint or chert and typically several centimeters in length and half a centimetre wide. They were made by humans from at least the Upper Paleolithic, across Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia. The microliths were used in spear points and arrowheads.

Mikrolit, zbrojnik mikrolityczny – narzędzie krzemienne bardzo małych rozmiarów. Wiele mikrolitów nie przekracza 1 cm. Mają one często kształty geometryczne, np. trójkąty, trapezy, prostokąty, romby itd. Niekiedy spotykane w kulturach paleolitycznych, bardzo często występują w mezolicie. Mikrolity powstają z zastosowaniem .
