Milotice () is a municipality and village in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,900 inhabitants. It is known for the Milotice Castle, which is protected as a national cultural monument.

==Geography== Milotice is located about north of Hodonín and southeast of Brno. It lies in a flat landscape of the Lower Morava Valley. In the eastern part of the municipality is located the fishpond Písečný rybník, protected as a nature reserve.
