Das Mitchell County ist ein County im US-Bundesstaat Iowa. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2010 hatte das County 10.776 Einwohner und eine Bevölkerungsdichte von 8,9 Einwohnern pro Quadratkilometer. Der Verwaltungssitz (County Seat) ist Osage, benannt nach Orrin Sage einem frühen Förderer der Stadt.
