Mika-Matti Petteri "Mixu" Paatelainen (Helsínqui, 3 de fevereiro de 1967) é um ex-futebolista finlandês e atualmente treinador da Seleção Letã. Mixu é o mais velho de três irmãos, todos jogadores de futebol. Marcou 18 gols em 70 jogos pela Seleção Finlandesa, tornando-se o oitavo atleta com mais partidas por sua seleção e o terceiro artilheiro da mesma.
