Its center is Moftinu Mic, and the commune is composed of seven villages: Domănești (Domahida), Ghilvaci (Gilvács), Ghirolt (Érgirolt), Istrău (Esztró), Moftinu Mare (Nagymajtény), Moftinu Mic, and Sânmiclăuș (Krasznaszentmiklós).
