==History== In the early 1990s, Jeff Taylor, the owner of human resources company Adion, contracted Net Daemons Associates to develop a facility whereby job seekers could search a job database with a web browser. The site went live in April 1994 as Monsterboard.com. It was populated with job descriptions from the newspaper segment of Adion's business.
