In relation to nearby settlements, Morusy lies approximately 4 km south of Krypno, its municipal seat, about 17 km south of Mońki, the county capital, and roughly 27 km northwest of Bialystok, the regional capital and largest city in the Voivodeship. Local roads are easy to access, integrating Morusy into the broader Podlasie transport network.
